We aim to make our public workshops interesting, fun, friendly, interactive and a comfortable learning experience, which will give you simple techniques and tools to use in your everyday life. The following are examples of workshop topics.

    • How stress affects different personality types
    • How to deal with stress in the short term
    • Understanding the Fight or Flight feelings
    • The relationship between Chronic Stress and Disease
    • Therapeutic techniques to help deal with stress
    • Thought stopping (or interruption)

  2. Time solutions and goal setting
    • Learn to manage your time efficiently
    • Knowing your goals and how to achieve them
    • How to recognise when you are setting yourself unrealistic goals
    • Developing action plans for goals
    • Learn to prioritise
    • Taking responsibility for what is and what is not important
    • Combating procrastination

  3. Assertiveness Workshop
    • How assertive are you?
    • Learn to be more confident
    • Learn better ways to communicate
    • Effectively expressing yourself
    • Learning to communicate assertively not aggressively
    • Assertion Techniques

  • 1-day events
  • 10am – 4pm
  • Maximum 12 places
