Not all stress is bad – some stress is essential

Minor stress is something that everybody experiences at some time in their lives, from being stuck in a traffic jam to burning the toast in the morning. Depending on what is happening in your life at the time, the effect of these minor incidents soon passes, but if you have stress in other areas of your life, such as work pressures, relationship issues, family worries, then these minor occurrences can become a major stress issue.
