CONSULTANCY

When you make contact with Buckingham Jones Ltd., it is our job to help you to recognise and understand the stress issues in your workplace and to find solutions.

The first step is for us to understand what we can offer your business, and we do this by visiting and taking a stress audit. This would involve setting up a meeting and discussing your particular concerns and how problems are affecting the smooth and efficient running of your organisation.

Audit Timetable

  1. Set up a meeting to identify problem areas.This would be ½ day to allow us to assess the situation.
  2. We would talk to the relevant people concerned. This would involve consulting both management and employees on current stress problems. The time scale for this would depend on the size of the organisation.
  3. We will then produce a tailor made questionnaire for employees and management (if required) (to be completed and sent back to us within 10 days).
  4. And then we will evaluate the results, submit a report and the recommended “Stress Management Made Easy”© programme for your organisation within 28 days.
  5. On agreement, we will set up a convenient date and time for our Stress Management programme to commence.

All the above to be carried out in the strictest confidence.
